I don't like a single thing in this company.

...join this company, my advice is to join the factory as compared to this company. Actually this is not a company they are just labour work association in which you will never ever get any bonus, no appraisal if you did any appreciable work. They treat their employees as a labour, they even don't know how to make a good environment in office, they are using layman language.

All management are baised and there is no level of hypocrisy even they crossed the limit of hypocrisy. They are just lier. If you guys want to end your career so i would like to suggest you please join Siterecon AI. They will teach you to to destroy your career.Specially there is a person who think that he is a God but he even didn't realise that no one in the company have any respect of his.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this.
