...gets as well. Meeting the metrix is so hard here and you don't even get a hike. The new joiners will get more pay than you but you won't be getting any hike. Plus you can't avail a paid leave on here.

... it is very less. During r and r they will just clap hands no gifts and nothing Salary will be very low compared to other companies and for 5 k hike you have to wait 5 years

The company offers a pretty comfortable work environment and readily accepts the latest technology. I feel proud to be a process centric team that ethically caters to a huge client database.

Dislikes

Due to bulk hiring, incompetence gets overlooked. Compensation is not that great and overall growth is slow. Innovative ideas and suggestions get dampened easily.

1. Huge amount of cost cutting 2. No hygiene. 3. No proper guidelines about holidays. If you are working for US client forget getting US off since you work for an Indian company and its vice versa. 4. The leaves here are awful. They'll first take away your comp offs of you take leaves and then casual leaves and so on. 5. Don't come here if you are from another state everyone will alienate you especially the South Indian branch.

Too strict and too many restrictions all for no good enough reason. ("client rules") Salary is horrendous as per market standards. Growth opportunities are very vague. Swapping out national holidays for common weekoffs Barely any incentives
