Dislikes

The HR management and their policies are worst. Simple salary account change request is not accommodated. The HR head and his son subordinates are insanely rude and don't care about the employees. operation managers are good and quite supportive.

Likes

I liked the transparent open door policy of the organization. The acceptance of professional suggestion and the freedom of execution is a great motivator to work. The environment is absolutely great to learn and grow for people with potential and right attitude. I like the employee rehire policy too. Have very high appreciation for the leaders I had opportunity to work with.

Dislikes

Need to look into the compensation aspect and match the market for better retention.

Likes

1. Good work ambience and management was supportive. Get to learn a lot of things at work and helps manage work-life balance. 2. Timely trainings to enhance your skills. 3. Career growth depends on the how well the business is doing and if the client gives us more business. It was good during my tenure with SITEL.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisal was average otherwise SITEL is a good company to work with.
