...work or efficiency but those who are managers pets. They do not value employees. They are bothered about cost cutting most of the time. Appraisals do not happen every year. Work environment is dull and boring.

The company offers a pretty comfortable work environment and readily accepts the latest technology. I feel proud to be a process centric team that ethically caters to a huge client database.

Dislikes

Due to bulk hiring, incompetence gets overlooked. Compensation is not that great and overall growth is slow. Innovative ideas and suggestions get dampened easily.

...oyees. Such a pathetic company I’ve come across in my entire 4yrs of experience. They have everything going so slow and time consuming and no proper salary for the work they demand for. They should be FOCUSING ON QUALITY THAN QUANTITY. Less people with good knowledge is what we need for business. Even if u pay extra to those few agents who work obediently with knowledge on process. What else do we need to run a business successfully. Dumb people in office.

Everything is worst. People, culture and their way of thinking and treatment with employees.

The people are great and environment with colleagues is amazing. The TL's and SME's are also cool

Too strict and too many restrictions all for no good enough reason. ("client rules") Salary is horrendous as per market standards. Growth opportunities are very vague. Swapping out national holidays for common weekoffs Barely any incentives

The work that we do is amazing, especially everyone on the client side at An*P*an. Our work involves lots of hardcore technical troubleshooting. One of a kind process for any BPO! It's sort of an L1 engineer's work.

Dislikes

EVERYTHING! The culture, the pay, office politics, management. They take employees for granted and the manager Nagraj has no sense on how to speak with the employees. He has an affair in the account with a girl and due to her takes all the other employees in the account for a ride. The HR is also involved in it and knows this well. His manager's are also aware but take no action since he recently got promoted to a director and took an exit from the account. They take employee's personal life and health as a joke! Fully biased towards hi favorite employees and gave appraisal accordingly.
