Nothing good about this company work ethics is poor and dosent give anything to employees dosent even listen or understand pressure of the employees

After getting offer letter, they'll give 3 week training and later they'll say we dont need more people.

1. Worst salary 2. Month on month rotational shifts 3. Politics 4. No activites or gifts for festivals. 5. No good transport

Good for freshers, promotion depends on your tenurity and skills

Dislikes

The HR management and their policies are worst. Simple salary account change request is not accommodated. The HR head and his son subordinates are insanely rude and don't care about the employees. operation managers are good and quite supportive.

Likes

The company offers a pretty comfortable work environment and readily accepts the latest technology. I feel proud to be a process centric team that ethically caters to a huge client database.

Dislikes

Due to bulk hiring, incompetence gets overlooked. Compensation is not that great and overall growth is slow. Innovative ideas and suggestions get dampened easily.

Likes

I liked the transparent open door policy of the organization. The acceptance of professional suggestion and the freedom of execution is a great motivator to work. The environment is absolutely great to learn and grow for people with potential and right attitude. I like the employee rehire policy too. Have very high appreciation for the leaders I had opportunity to work with.

Dislikes

Need to look into the compensation aspect and match the market for better retention.
