...shers. It has various processes like sales , tech support , healthcare etc. 2 . Sitel offers great salary package for freshers compared to other companies. 3 . Hence I've completed my 1.5 years in sitel . Staffs are friendly and supportive . Team management is excellent . 4 . Salary hike is not so high as well as not so low. We do get a decent hike based on our performance. 5 . Career growth is excellent. 6 . Referral bonus are upto 8k to 12k which are fabulous and not offered in any other companies. 7 . Great support from Team leaders and supervisor's during WFH . The only CONS are : 1 . small cafeteria . 2 . Rotational offs and no fixed week offs . 3 . When comes to experience candidate's Salary hikes are not offered that good.

The salary, including incentives, rewards, recognition, and the customer handling allowance, is quite good and actually exceeds the amount stated on paper. It was a great opportunity to earn money and gain valuable experience.

Dislikes

I worked for 2 years and consistently delivered outstanding performance, but there were no internal job postings or growth opportunities provided. It feels like you're stuck in the same position indefinitely unless you actively seek favor from seniors. There’s no focus on skill development, and they terminate employees who don’t meet performance expectations, as I witnessed with one of my colleagues.

no correct pay prefer bootlickers above production providing individuals no proper coordination between management a lot of false promises but fulfilled nothing management is idiotic people at positions doesn't know how to talk

1. Huge amount of cost cutting 2. No hygiene. 3. No proper guidelines about holidays. If you are working for US client forget getting US off since you work for an Indian company and its vice versa. 4. The leaves here are awful. They'll first take away your comp offs of you take leaves and then casual leaves and so on. 5. Don't come here if you are from another state everyone will alienate you especially the South Indian branch.

The people are great and environment with colleagues is amazing. The TL's and SME's are also cool

Too strict and too many restrictions all for no good enough reason. ("client rules") Salary is horrendous as per market standards. Growth opportunities are very vague. Swapping out national holidays for common weekoffs Barely any incentives
