Dislikes

The HR management and their policies are worst. Simple salary account change request is not accommodated. The HR head and his son subordinates are insanely rude and don't care about the employees. operation managers are good and quite supportive.

Lot of opportunities for growth in operations. Friendly and cooperative team mates. Work life balance is sporadic in training, however not too bad around the year. Allows innovation in work to quite an extent.

...r home pick and drop, Growth at Sitel is quick depending on your average scores. SALARY at sitel is very low not even close to the market value, good for freshers. Sitel management is friendly and transparent. Politics is everywhere.

Salary, because hike dosent happen when it has to. Sitel would be the last company or at times "NO" in this regards. "BUT IT IS THE BEST PLACE TO LEARN AND GROW, SITEL TEACHES TEACHES A LOT OF THINGS".
