1. Worst salary 2. Month on month rotational shifts 3. Politics 4. No activites or gifts for festivals. 5. No good transport

Good for freshers, promotion depends on your tenurity and skills

The HR management and their policies are worst. Simple salary account change request is not accommodated. The HR head and his son subordinates are insanely rude and don't care about the employees. operation managers are good and quite supportive.

Sitel is a gr8 company very well taken care to his employee during lock down

Salary growth is between 5 percentage to 7 percent and it should be some training for programmer as per market trend technology

The company offers a pretty comfortable work environment and readily accepts the latest technology. I feel proud to be a process centric team that ethically caters to a huge client database.

Dislikes

Due to bulk hiring, incompetence gets overlooked. Compensation is not that great and overall growth is slow. Innovative ideas and suggestions get dampened easily.
