The HR & Directors are very unprofessional & unethical & Salary & other expenses are not released even after completion of 90 days of leaving the Job. Not recommended to join this Company as their is no respect for honest people in this organisation. Gang operates with setting with Vendors & Dealers Account settlement is horrible & pathetic.

Company is very busy in hiring firing game. Company have sales closing than any other company in the world Just imagine employees are extending working upto 15 hrs a day!!! So you work life balance 🤔 Sometime you need to work 14 days without leaves also.

It's good company for a employee to work without fear . Here college behaviour is also very good . Everytime company believe in you .

No wellness program organised in sirca paints just like birthday celebration and reward type for employee motivation. I think it should be in sirca paints.

It's increase rate of materials on every 3 to 4 months and career growth is very slow. It's all about month 9 month but they didn't give any job training

Full on politics hai bhai,kabhi bhi kise ko hata sakte hai Jo buttering aache se krle aur jab tak krega tab tak security hai,salery offer to aachi krenge but ye samjh lena uske baad future khtm tumra q 6 Mon me site complete nhi ho payegi but tum change ho jaoge is company me q ki tumko hata denge without any reason to soch samjh ke jion krna
