1.They don't have clients, force to bring client and then work if not do they will deduct salary . 2. No culture, no stability, No security, begging for work to other client, one person oriented. Feel like work for one shop as worker.

There was no chain of command.. No responsible entity decided.. Need to answer 2-3 authority person and all three gave different order
