- Extremely poor at processes - still dependent on Excel sheets - lot of operational work - biased behaviour of higher management - Customer on boarding process too slow, due to which customer drops - New sales team does not get any co-operation from the operations, solutions, higher management teams. - Expecting the sales folks to do the revenue checking, invoicing, legal proof reading

Old people who are already associated with this compnay fron last 10-15 years. They think they are the owner of this company . Yes they do not know anything with zero skills.
