...t a lot in this organization. Higher management is very helpful and supportive. Salary comes on time. Work life balanced. You will get proper time for each task. HR management is very polite and supportive. Company gives you free hand to learn and implement new things. Appraisal are too good as per market standards. Someone actually wants to work definitely enjoy the work culture of Simson Softwares. As Simson is product base company, you will get more job security rather than other companies. When I resigned, Simson HR (Gajendra Singh) helped me a lot in all documentation process. He is really Gem of the company.

No organization is perfect but yes if you have any problem, you can discuss with higher management, they will definitely work on those things.

They are dealing in insurance business and very few companies are dealing in the same domain.

Dislikes

To start with "proper lalla company hai". Company owners have no respect for their employees. Na bolne ki akal hai aur na hi projects ko manage krne. They are greedy people who only thinks for their benefits. Baki agr koi iss company ko join krne ki soch rha as a fresher ya fr experienced toh 1000 var sochlena. Inka notice 60 man days hai aur jis din apne notice diya uss din sae lalle ka muh suj jayega. Company will mistreat you in the way you have never imagined. Baki freshers bhi dekh lena hall bura hi hai inka. And one last thingh, infrastructure inka IT companies vala nhi hai factories vala hai. Batte badi badi krenge yeh par reality mai they are running a factory.

Workerd here for 4 years and the experience was amazing. They work for Insurance domain only and have in depth knowledge of Insurance Broking business(direct and re). A lot of client's and someone who wants to learn, will always have something new to dig in. The atmosphere and work culture is great and so is the management. Very supportive and open to implement new processes.
