Owner is good and understanding. Listens to you.

Dislikes

...arly and deliver the project in 5 days. Very bad for physical and mental health. Compensation - isn't worst, but you do get underpaid considering that you work 12 hours everyday. Hr- lazy people. Don't need to say more.

They don't want to give promotions Intern HR , who don;t know anything about work, even her college is not over Another HR, who don't like employees because of their face or look. He just want to remove 90% employees because of this.

1. If you have "vola vala" kind of face definitely you can join simpsoft to avail extra benifit and your job will be secure. You get timely increment even if you have no work. 2. If you belongs to very rich family and your father is doctor or engineer then simpsoft is the best place to join.
