...management demands money from freshers to hire them. There is no proper HR team. Employees are asked to work 18-hour days without proper compensation. Appraisals are either non-existent or unfairly distributed—appraisals seem to be given more to female employees. Weekend work is required without extra payment or compensation.

There is no dislike all most postive direction only moving that organisation,only one thing is dislike is over time doing work mainly testing employees

My experience at Simplify3X was disappointing, primarily due to the lack of work-life balance. Promotions and increments were virtually non-existent, and it seemed that hard work went unnoticed by management and team leaders. Instead, they seemed to reward those who merely buttered up to them. The worst part was during the training period, where individuals with insufficient subject knowledge became trainers, leading to inadequate learning opportunities. Overall, I cannot recommend this company to others."

No work-life balance Seniors are making the juniors do their portion of work. Seniors lack knowledge of tech stack themselves Even after working hard in your training period, they can fire you without notice. Zero assistance in the so-called training period, you are on your own. As a trainee, they would make you work on Weekends No proper grievance redressal of employees No overall learning experience, just a copy-paste job Minimal hike in appraisal
