This reviews for all departments Minimum 8 months salary pending and maximum not sure. Senior not help to other. Not fulfilled as mentioned in Offer letter. bonus not sure. company policies written in only paper but not provide or hide. No one received any phone call or reply any e-mail regarding salary. Now 2022 year continue but 2019 year's 6 months salary pending for all staffs.

...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.and they give good salary hike.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues

... particularly in my department is good way better than the other departments. During COVID lockdown very few people have been laid off, though the salary have been delayed for 3-4 months, the work culture is like any other company ok okay. The management is not at all good, they don’t take any firm decisions and did nothing to ensure employee safety before the first official lockdown. Till now there is no official company policy to allow people to work from home, only we few who insist on working from home are working from home. Even after having an alarming number of positive cases the company still expects us to come to the office that too in public transport.

Teammate, training, career growth, salary/appraisal, learning, simplex is not up to the mark, while coming to the part of job security is average. And of course politics is at extreme level. There is nothing innovation here. In overall respect it is not good for me. I am looking for good company where I can boost up my career.

Dislikes

No growth, no promotion, not timely salary and many others problems.
