...ture, running like 2000 safety calture. No induvisual department reporting .... HO person not eneterfying , no proper rivew system , salary late and promation and incrment is in PD hand where only raise by their own people.

No value for third party employees given by HO. Nobody will hear you if you not getting salary for month after month. But SPCL payroll employee salary are given timely.

I have no reason to like this Company due very poor management. Only singal positive point about salary time it's time to time.

Very workload in less manpower No new recruits to empty seat No increment no any other benifits

Work life balance will be worst. Work load will be too high.No job security.No appraisal systems are being followed.Management never follow HR policies.

This is a lot of political management. Salary is a dicent .there is a bond of two year before which you cont resige
