Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

i do not like the fact that you are forced to work overtime and yet am not paid for overtime. and the fact that my salaries was reduced by 80% indefinitely due to covid.

It is startup company which empowers the employee with the temporary technologies.I really like to work with the architect .He is Ex-Google and always challenges your code and design. The timing is not strict ,it is very adjustable but you need to complete your work within the reasonable time. There is no benefits and perks.The culture is the best and everyone is very friendly and humble.You can ask any one any doubt and move on.Since it is startup so you wont accept growth very rapidly it takes time but if you make your presence and contribution in the development that is all you are at the right place and finally you would learn lot of new technologies.

The work pressure is very high.Some times you need work 12 -18 hours in a day and only one holiday sunday.
