It is startup company which empowers the employee with the temporary technologies.I really like to work with the architect .He is Ex-Google and always challenges your code and design. The timing is not strict ,it is very adjustable but you need to complete your work within the reasonable time. There is no benefits and perks.The culture is the best and everyone is very friendly and humble.You can ask any one any doubt and move on.Since it is startup so you wont accept growth very rapidly it takes time but if you make your presence and contribution in the development that is all you are at the right place and finally you would learn lot of new technologies....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
