Its good company to improve knowledge in Solidworks with good team, and team leader.

Dislikes

They are very poor in employee satisfaction. They won't pay salary, Allowance, and increment ontime. We can't expect financial growth in this company.

1. Director promotes for the Gym and exercise. 2. PF , Mediclaim was provided. 3. Trainings provided by Dassault system was good.

Dislikes

...ty, dirty office environment which resulted in loss of 1.5 Cr business order. 6. Even In was not getting any incentive for additional commercial role , still my salary had been deducted 3 times as customer failed to do payment in 90 days . The reason for payment delay is flood situation in Kolhapur . And I got half salary in the most critical situation. 7. Management will always force you for the commercial business even it is not your role , still management can deduct your payment if customer delayed your payment .But management is not responsible to give you incentive. 8. For the welfare of the company and for revenue generation , even if you spent amount , it will not be reimburse , even the GST bill is provided . So for the revenue generation you have to spent from your pocket. 9. Even management will force you for the revenue generation , still business head is not supportive for providing commercial offers and costing . Ultimately they will blame you for performance.

...'s going on to you. All they need is money,no efforts of you will be calculated. you will never know when salary will be credited. Worst of all.

Nothing waste of time in my career but learnt a good lesson to manage without salary on time.

If you leave job you won’t expect salary for notice period month and importantly won’t expect respect for your calls and mails.

The way they are treating the employees and the work culture. If you have any suggestions about the business development you can directly put the idea on the management table whatever role your are playing in the company is not an matter they will hear out.
