There is nothing like 'like' in Hexaware. Worst company. No value for the employees. They just value the clients and harassing the employees. If you want a better career, please don't ever choose this company.

Dislikes

Lots of politics, there is work-life balance, No proper management, No hike, No work-life balance. There are many we cant even tell

Operations Team under the leadership of Harjeet, Balaji and Kirrit Patel.

Dislikes

Their salary conditions are worst. Every month salary comes low and will be adjusted as arrears the nxt month. HR named Selvakumar Sakthivel. I dont know how he became an HR. He threatens victims of POSH cases. HR like him should be jailed for such criminal mindsets.

Only the Salary part which I got on time. I don’t know about other process in the same company .

Dislikes

A lot of thing for dislike . Their attendance system of manual from Oracle DHR & Timesheet applies on teams, the pathetic management and HR. No work ethics . Unnecessarily burden to a lead to work most of time however , no trust or eliminate the poor performer . Hygiene Issues on washroom etc etc.
