Company is good, working hours also satisfied, and importantly incentives and salary wise there is no guarantee that they will pay full. it is completely based on managers mood. especially girls do not work under Mr. Shashi Ranjan (Sales manager)he is not good guy, and he will spoil company reputation by doing misbehave with the women employees.
So, rest all managers are well behavior compare to the one who I mentioned. So before to join any sales team be aware of this name. and there is no job security overall.

A couple of good colleagues.

...a writer under CIOReview in this organization you are going to have a hard time. They don't pay you the CTC (you need to work in a target oriented pattern), they force you to meet unachievable targets where half of your things won't be complete because of slow or unorganised editing processes. You have to pay monetary fines for not meeting deadlines, you can't have enough breaks even if you need it as a creative writer. Getting up from your seat and talking to a colleague can put you in trouble. And there's no hope for professional growth. There's no point of working here.
Like? I would give some advice to the candidates instead. Two words: DON'T JOIN! But if you are more into making hard cash at the cost of your happiness, work-life balance, and mental health, this is the place for you. Because they give out good incentives, and if you can perform fast, you might get hefty amount. But remember, every coin has two sides, and this company will only show you one, and the other side will become prominent once you get stuck here.
When they call for job opportunities, they would offer a more than decent salary, and that should be your first red flag. They especially look for freshers and offer them good CTC. But once you get in, you will realize that the salary you get is not fixed. Now do your math. Plus, the HR manager here is a terrible human being. It is textbook that the role of an HR is to take care of employee wellness, be supportive in case of any issue, and drive employee engagement and benefits program. But at Silicon Media, the only job the HR has is to terrorize people. He will come, roam around like a school principal, and confiscate your phone and sometimes, his subordinates come and click your picture if you are taking a break from your work. You can't keep your head down for even a moment, because if you do, he will summon you and might terminate your employment on the spot. The management is terrible as well. The manager was more interested in making money for himself and would even allow his favorites to make money, but if you are not in his good books or don't really satisfy his ego, he will block you from climbing the ladder. He won't assign you projects and lie about its unavailability. He lives and breathes biasness and does nothing to be there for his employees. He will even help the HR terrorize people instead of standing up for his team. If you still want to join and have your mental health ruined, you are most welcome.
The company doesn't provide any benefits except incentives. The HR can terminate employment for anyone at anytime, and that too, on groundless reasons. This job is the insecurest! Don't fall into their trap. The manager is also verbally abusive and will make fun of you in front of everyone even if there's nothing to make fun of. They even break your strength and make you doubt your self worth. And trust me, this company is the worst thing that can happen to you. Join anywhere else but this hellhole!
