Can be very helpful in learning new skills and personal career development. Complete corporate Medical insurance. My managers and team are excellent. Got to feel lucky for that.

Worst work life balance, as they will ask everything in urgent. No salary hikes, even promotions are very rare and no use of it though, because no hikes will there. They say company is not doing good, but will invest huge amount in infrastructure and other things. Even freshers are getting more salary than 6+ years experienced here.

Or their complete absence of career growth opportunities? In this SYSTUM, you may hear your seniors with 3+ years of experience say, "I'm still new to the system", and being a fresher you might have to mentor your senior. So if you are looking for good learning exposure, please think!!! Here, policies are meant to change, so don't believe in what you see or read, because when you want to recover those documents, you might find drastic changes.
