No important roles or responsibility for field enggineer, Which gives more leisure time.

Dislikes

Salary is very unfair. Your colleague with same profile and experience gets more salary. Why? This was my main reason to leave this company. HR TEAM SUCKS!!

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. never give salery on time. Always delay 2 month.

Company has just provided salary on time throughout the COVID-19 otherwise overall my experience in Sify Technologies in very bad. Even the customers are not satisfied with the network services. Daily same and same issue occurs, no permanent or proper solutions provided to customer. Neither HR nor manager ever contacted during lockdown for any family or financial issue. Also the work-life balance is very poor. Job-security is also a major concern.

Dislikes

No satisfactory appraisal, Work-life balance poor.

...ple who want to grow never go to sify. Especially helpdesk worst management... No career growth salary hike... u can be contract employee forever... Helpdesk worst boss

Management only support few senior engineers, they won't take care about GET AND NEW ENGINEERS WE MADE A COMPLAINT ABOUT ONE SENIOR WHO Torturing THE 48 ENGINEERS BECAUSE OF THIS GUYS ONE ENGINEER Died EVEN WE MADE MANY COMPLAINTS ALSO THEY ARE NOT TAKING ACTION ABOUT THAT GUY.
