Oh!!! It's a company known for its... well it's difficult to say what they are known for! maybe it's their lack of mentorship? or it may be a lack of proper training? Uhmm... Or their complete absence of career growth opportunities? In this SYSTUM, you may hear your seniors with 3+ years of experience say, "I'm still new to the system", and being a fresher you might have to mentor your senior. So if you are looking for good learning exposure, please think!!! Here, policies are meant to change, so don't believe in what you see or read, because when you want to recover those documents, you might find drastic changes.
