Management only support few senior engineers, they won't take care about GET AND NEW ENGINEERS WE MADE A COMPLAINT ABOUT ONE SENIOR WHO Torturing THE 48 ENGINEERS BECAUSE OF THIS GUYS ONE ENGINEER Died EVEN WE MADE MANY COMPLAINTS ALSO THEY ARE NOT TAKING ACTION ABOUT THAT GUY.

Manager lobby is totally bulshit. Jo chatega Manager ka wahi tikega, Your 100 % efferts are waste if you don't listen (chatna) your manager. HR is also in favour of Manager, so no employee care.

Salary always got on timely and provide the tranning certification reimbursement and prmote the employees.

As compare Old Employee and New Employee salary have difference. Like If You are Sify's old employee then you will get the low salary and while new employee received high packege same possition

Company has just provided salary on time throughout the COVID-19 otherwise overall my experience in Sify Technologies in very bad. Even the customers are not satisfied with the network services. Daily same and same issue occurs, no permanent or proper solutions provided to customer. Neither HR nor manager ever contacted during lockdown for any family or financial issue. Also the work-life balance is very poor. Job-security is also a major concern.
