Oh!!! It's a company known for its... well it's difficult to say what they are known for! maybe it's their lack of mentorship? or it may be a lack of proper training? Uhmm... Or their complete absence of career growth opportunities? In this SYSTUM, you may hear your seniors with 3+ years of experience say, "I'm still new to the system", and being a fresher you might have to mentor your senior. So if you are looking for good learning exposure, please think!!!
