Developers have to get involved in extensive testing, documentation and review process since it's helathcare domain. Training programs on latest technologies can be improved and conducted frequently.

...t even weekend is left out. Now they start torturing people with peakon results. Ofcourse it will be bad when you make us work this long and won’t pay or compensate us properly. They will say to comp offs but when you join back after a day there will be tons of work. Managers have worst attitude, they only aim to find people who gave bad rating and comments but not try to understand the actual issue. Worst architects to work with, he won’t estimate the work properly or participate in code reviews early and in the end literally torturing everyone

The team I am working is open. In fact they provide more support to irrespective of senior or junior (though I am being senior). Its proud to be part of this team/company as it has global client. The on-site travel depends on the project which you work on. Your performance makes you the master here.Though some juniors holds the ownership for their performance. Overall all work together as team. The collaboration in the team is highly motivated. Siemens Healthineers got certified for "The Great Place to work".

Compensation is decent and growth is little slow. The team I am working is under high pressure. But most of the other teams are working relaxed. The technology learning is slow since team works on project for years (unlike services based company).

Career growth is worst as very aged people are working and occupying the places, Junior staff unable to move up the ladder which force people to work on same thing year after year
