1. This company deduct the safety shoes money from salary 2. There is now Good canteen available in my department area 3. The washroom qualities are very bad in area 4. Mobile bann in our company

Plant structure and salary credited on time

Dislikes

Not have any job security whatever designation u have. 2nd thing is 8 month of provision periods. They deducted your EL without informing you. they hold salaries. Management do whatever they want. They not treat all employees in same way. And lots of things are not good in this plant.

...mpany—a building in the midst of a desert in Majherhat with no nearby amenities. Its the worst LALA company; they don't pay vendors for months, and vendors come fighting and attack the people. The inside interiors of the company are like the old govt hospital ceilings! Currently, MD is firing employees for no reason!!!

Dislikes

Women are never given good positions! MD is a man, chewing pan parag and muri all the time! A woman receptionist was terminated because she refused to entertain the guests in MD's home office in Alipore and also refused to cook sandwiches! HR department is a joke to this company like Mr. Bean! All HRs are major puppets and serve no purpose. PF gets deducted and not credit to account; FNF done after 5 months! Politics is all you will get to learn here!

You will get a good work-life balance at the Kharagpur plant of Ramsarup Industries Ltd. which is under the Shyam Group(not Shyam Steel). Supportive team-members. Good number of Holidays

...e enough specially the persons responsible for Kharagpur plant not other plants. Hr dept tries to negotiate salary during interviews in spite of having descent budget. If you want to work with extremely low increments then this is the company for you . The other plants of Shyam Metalics are far better in terms of increments.
