Not have any job security whatever designation u have. 2nd thing is 8 month of provision periods. They deducted your EL without informing you. they hold salaries. Management do whatever they want. They not treat all employees in same way. And lots of things are not good in this plant.

Too much office politics. Extreme job insecurity. Ac not working and no proper fans are provided which decreases the motivation to work. Seniors are not supportive. Too much involvement of higher management in every work. Your problems are never heard of.

Good for the freshers. Start up and get experience then switch

Salary structure is not good. Unprofessional senior and management. Less job security for high paid employees. Management believes in oiling and buttering. Doesn't invest to equip latest technology IT tools and software. Facilities are provided but they are high chargeable. Too much polluted.If you are from Wb then it's ok. Overall good if you compare with any other small company.

Shifting hours Too much gathering where your working areas alloted. Night shift is a challenging role when you start to work as a fresher.

... transparent and very good Behaviour. There is very Good working environment . Company policies are good, Appraisal are Fair and they give good salary hike and Bonus every year.
