Not maintaining safety, work culture very poor, no appointment letter provision, very low package, high politics, no one listen ur problem,no accommodation for engineer and above post, road connectivity inside plant very poor, canteen facility very dirty. Very poor technology used here.

This is the place where I start my 1st job as a trainee.. and now I am working as Assistant engineer

1. This company deduct the safety shoes money from salary 2. There is now Good canteen available in my department area 3. The washroom qualities are very bad in area 4. Mobile bann in our company

You will get a good work-life balance at the Kharagpur plant of Ramsarup Industries Ltd. which is under the Shyam Group(not Shyam Steel). Supportive team-members. Good number of Holidays

...e enough specially the persons responsible for Kharagpur plant not other plants. Hr dept tries to negotiate salary during interviews in spite of having descent budget. If you want to work with extremely low increments then this is the company for you . The other plants of Shyam Metalics are far better in terms of increments.

...rk. I tried to discuss things openly with them, but it didn't bring any results. Speaking frankly, I dislike my salary. Now, salary isn't the most important thing for me.

Working here was like working with family and friends. Stressfree working environment. Free Transport facilities available. You will get to learn a lot and lots of hands on working experience. Best to start your career as a fresher. No burden of work on anyone except shutdowns.
