Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

...been trying well balanced during COVID-19 pandemic. Work life balance is fine. Compensation is good. Scope to learn new technologies. Improvements in streamlining processes.

Dislikes

Need more alignment to Industry Stds. Management reach out to employees is less.

Poor management, micromanagement, leave policy not good very leas leave we have.

Dislikes

Management is very poor, not responding even though with multiple follow up, Do not have leave enough to handle to the complete year

Have 13+ years of experience in the software industry and worked more than 3 years in this company. This is the one of the best places to enjoy the work. Learning scope is more and if you are interested, you will be gaining good experience with lots of technologies. Good work life balance. Shvintech is the best place in terms of understanding the employees.

I started my carrier as a freshert at Shvintech. I have got good opportunity to explore the latest technologies like Spring boot, Hibernate, React JS, Restful services, JSF, Prime faces, Kubernetes & Jenkins. Shvintech having very good costumers. Here the managment is also very supportive and helps in difficult times. It is really good place to work.
