First job, First Love! As a New-bie to get into professional design field, my seniors called Sadique and Syam helped a lot with industry skill development. Company believed in me and pushed me for better responsibility which is helping me till date. Worked for 2.5years and even after leaving the company, everything I do - All it comes into mind is that ‘I learnt with Shubharambh’. It’s an evergreen remark! Coming to Bosses - Sandy is very patient and has good industry knowledge , very good at connecting with people Nisha - Understanding with best design knowledge plus some super-power in problem solving ability

Strict timing, Not so great salary structure. It’s 6 day working & work-life balance is not so great. Also, management doesn’t address employee’s issues that seriously.

Firstly its been a wonderful journey working with Shubharambh Productions, here at Shubharambh we are more of a family than any organisation. I still remember the initial days when i joined Shubharambh Productions and was one of the initial team member to join the Family . Management has been very friendly, supportive & encouraging in all that I have done here till date. Today when I head this department and run this part of organisation , it gives me immense pride to see the stature I have grown along with the organisation. We are always on the look out to to grow by creating better experiences for our clients, and this is a challenge that I enjoy a lot at Shubharambh. Looking forward to a lot more in future!!

Joining this company during my initial years of my career was one of the best decisions that I have taken. Over the years I have seen this firm grow and I grew along with them. Today it has become a a integral part of my journey. I was guided well and given opportunities to take up challenges and work which only resulted in my growth over the last 5+ years. I have been mentored very well from the directors and have great colleagues as helping hand which has been one of the greatest strength. Today I am proud to be a part of this organization.

The First thing i love working at Shubharambh is that we always work like a Family & iam Happy to be a part of Shubharambh Famiy. During the two years of Covid the Company Supported all the employees which was a great Gesture. The Directors of the Company have placed Trust in me and have handed me higher Responsibilities from Time to Time. Happy to work & Looking forward
