this is best place to work in this pandemic, but we have do work for company and no benefits gives us like bonus increment we know we have hard time to surviving loan emis on overhead and same we work on that. since last 5 month in this pandemic as work from home every single day/night for company and our-self and same does not recognize for the same. but its happy to word here because its give to challenges to learn. and as last 5 years i am happy but all years outstanding performance but not reco as any other awards. and same i work hard for my professional growth that better future increment bounus and company growth

... Very pethatic condition of IT team. They are not resolved any issue within TAT. Employee Insurance deduct from employee salary. HR gives same salary to a Fresher and to a 3 year experiance person. When a branch team win a cash price in contest than Higher level person hold the branch amount. In the company Higher authority person gives Good salary increments to only relative employees. And Annual bounce of Credit team members only 10K.

Bonus was bad , atleast credit person's bonus should be good as this department has no any incentive plan, they are work with due diligence with integrity and waiting for bonus after 1years hard work, so company must be think about credit department.

Looking at the current market scenerio with other company where employee's are experiencing Salary cuts and even job loss, I would say my company is STABLE ! We have done some important position hirings as well post April Month ! For Employees safety Company has given work from home option. Our HR team also is updating us timely with updated safety measures against COVID-19. I love working here !
