Is a place for performer..good experience from superior experts ..healthy work culture...get more opportunity...It was great combo experience of politics, career growth, work life balance ....definitely shriram experience add up to our CV ..I was relocate from Mumbai to bangalore .. being in new to the city .. cope up well with team n because of experts gave me chance to work in my way n proved in 1st year as a performer .. got appreciated by awards rewards ...thank you for 5 years strong n valuable experience in shriram properties.

Nothing as dislike ..small issues won’t count to smart employees.. salary package was comparatively was less .. rest all good .

* Delay in incentives, usually they pay after a year and that too for the revenue which they make you do its worth chillar * Most properties of shriram are under litigation. All properties are delayed. * They force their employees to give postive feedback during great place to work survey. Join if you want to earn no incentive, toxic work culture and stagnant growth.

Company provides subsidized lunch from office. Pickup drop policy for employees. Timely Salary. Office environment. Supporting Boss.

Dislikes

Company promote wrong people. Zero work life Balance. Zero Job Security. Poor HR policy. fixed holyday. Mostly Worst office politics kolkata Marketing office.

Pro's: No pro's Con's: Management do partiality among employee, you have to sit till 7:30 in evening even if u have no work, culture is very toxic, no leave allowed, person specific company, no incentive and bonus.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture, very less pay compared to industry, management is partial, work from office even in lock down

Work culture, Aggressive Sales and Marketing approach, Timely salary, decent incentives, Organised work process.

Dislikes

Work life balance with few selected departments Especially Sales, Marketing. Rest is chill only.
