Work culture horrible. HR is not bothered. They dont even respond to your calls .salary deduction is ver high .no security for your job they can remove you anytime.horrible company..even sundays they expect to work.

There is not a single good things about Shriram life insurance Company. Its horrible place for work.

Reckless Boss, after joining 1st month salary provided after that No salary no response from HR, your attendance doesn't matters. If they wish then only you will get salary. One of the worst experience I had in 6months.

Likes

Work culture here is pretty flexible which allows people to work at their own pace and conviniece. Company is not very aggresive in nature and has indeed helped all their junior and mid level employees by providing full compensation during lockdown. When it comes to management, they are bit shaken after covid...making drastic changes which is not welcomed by many.

Dislikes

Weak management. Worst paymaster in the industry and despite this they foucs immenly on cost cutting. Poor office infrastructure (branhces) expect the head office.

Likes

The only thing I like about Shriram Life insurance is the good incentive and the salary package. That’s it.

Dislikes

The job satisfaction is very poor. I don’t even like to walk there and the top management is very rude and very arrogant. They don’t even understand the situation of an employees few days ago. My father was very serious in the hospital. I have informed the authority that I am taking leave. It was total of five days of leave. Even after I informed, even after I told him that it was an emergency. My father‘s condition is not good. Still there spoke to me very rudely and very arrogantly. Fine, they told me to resign. I mean family emergencies should be considered as Reasonable right thinking to join Shriram Life insurance. I would suggest them to not join if you are totally focused and experienced in life insurance industry. If you have business, if you have clients then okay, you can go for it, but still, you will face such situations.

Sales business so... income is flexible according to your business

There are many dislikes.... 1. Salary was not credited by the correct date 2. There are no week off including Sunday working day 3.etc not recommended
