I have work here for one month and they didn't give me salary after that I have resigned and they threatened me that I have signed bond of 2 years and company will file a case against me and demanding 6 month salary from me the work culture is very bad upper management use bad language

Nothing freshers need to stay away from this company Ill just be open cant trust this company This company just wants money (premium) Yu have to get it even if yur dying

Theres nothing to like in this stupid place no proper you can learn many things as a fresher but the package is really low even a security guard gets more package than a marketing executive in sgic and these uselss people require unrealistic targets to get achieved in a month we could achieve these targets if they had good claim settlement and cashless environment the only ppl enjoy here are AM and BM They just transfer pressure to executives and enjoy and leaving us with no option...and yes the backend and accts teams enjoy a lot as they do marketing while working as a backend exe the work culture is absolutely a disaster

Job is not secure they will give u transfer at any time ...especially the appoints managers without the desired qualifications so they will work for a low salary that is also a problem

Working in shriram general insurance company is a good experience for me, To work in friendly environment, good and supportive teammates. Good chances of career growth.job security is guaranteed, if one can works sincerely and properly.One can use his innovative thoughts in easy way,one can be a good learner here. Work-life balance is superb here. Overall experience is good for me here.

Dislikes

The two things I dislike most here, first Dirty politics and secondly there is lesser salary is providing here which is not good for anyone career growth.

Company growth is high rate. So job security is very high . Excellent traning and advanced technology

Dislikes

...to stress and imbalance. Difficulty in tracking and obtaining incentives fairly. Salary packages do not align with the amount and quality of work expected.
