Great leadership as VC of the university

Dislikes

Salary doesn't come on time. Accounts take lot of months in payments. The staff are not aligned to leadership. Lot of work pressure for working ppl so balance is missing.

The university has given opportunity to work from home during pandemic situation. University management is very supportive for employee and university policies are also highly supportive. Work culture of the university is the most favourable of the employee

Dislikes

No salary increment policy for contractual employee who have been working since last three years . No social security aspect covered for contractual employee.

Likes

It has been an excellent experience.

Dislikes

The top leadership is excellent with lot of innovation but the support staff number is less. Therefore the work load is quite high. Coping is not easy and at times taxing.

Keep pushing people to participate in different sessions, which enhances their knowledge in different areas

Dislikes

Totally bureaucratic, no role clarify, Management is not concerned about the well being of employees and students so started offline classes. Delayed remuneration, no feedback from or to the employee

Shri Vishwakarma Skill University has supported each and every employee (be it permanent, contractual or outsourced) during the pandemic. No employee has been dropped. Pay has not been reduced/ delayed. Skill training and pandemic awareness has been switched over to the digital platform for the students, faculty, and staff. All stakeholders are given training on life skills to help them maintain a positive out look and good mental and physical health.
