Opportunity for learning , very good and compassionate superiors rsp the CEO is tge B. BEST. He is ready to listen with patience.

Dislikes

...the HR head with his wife as a Chief manager is unethical. Too much Road travel. Salary structure should be uniform as in s Grade System and no secrecy should be there. Lack of clear instructions. Too much time wasted in unnecessary meetings.
