Dislikes

The. Co policy of the HR head with his wife as a Chief manager is unethical. Too much Road travel. Salary structure should be uniform as in s Grade System and no secrecy should be there. Lack of clear instructions. Too much time wasted in unnecessary meetings.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
