...s very much arogant and misbehaving with the people who is working under him. 3. Salary structure is very poor. Annual increment of the salary is also very poor specially in Purchase department. Only hod is getting the handsome hike and all the previlage 4. Promotion is not giving to their employees even after the completion of 10 years of their service periods. Career growth will be stuck. 5. Office environment is very bad and feel like a prisoner in the office. 6. Spy of the HOD's available in all the departments. 7. Interaction of the top management with their employees have not been taking place except the HOD's of the departments. 8. The top management see only those things which some clever HOD's trying to let them see. 9. According to the management only HOD's of the departments are intelligent and working efficiently even though they can't correspond assertively and draft a simple mail by themselves and rest people are........!!!!!! 10. The purchase HOD used to blame his subordinates for any discrepancies and not taking his responsibility even though putting his signature on to the purchase documents. 11. No appreciation and rewards given to the staffs. Appreciation And rewards only pays to the HOD's 12. You can't leave the office without taking permission from the purchase HOD even though the office time has got over. If you do so then next morning you would have been fired by the purchase HOD Note- All the comments are based on my personal experiences during working in Purchase department for a very long time.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. i also like the employee re- hire policy here.

...I am doing all type of job . i doing additional work to my field and give 100% . but despite that i did not get good growth and salary. here more attention is given to their people, such as if a person relative is in a good position already in this company, than their relative is given more salary and position.

...ct work for sponge iron plant and power plant.after that look after whole plant. team was good,working environment to develop self,salary is very good,work balance is found good.

Salary part is very good, i was joined for project work for 350 tons sponge iron plants, which was done satisfactory in record time, our M.D. Mr. Narendra Goel is A DYNAMIC AND VERY SKILLED Personally person, i learned so many thing from him, he is grass rout person, he understand employees problem and he has the ability that he can take any big dissension with in shot time . he is fastest plant commissioning person, plant is good technically the plant is sound,can join and work in bajrang plant , culture ,hospitality, respect, all are very good. i impressed with this plant. There is very good directors also who are Mr. Anand Goel ji he is knowledgeable person,Mr. Archit he is also good, Mr pawan he is also a good person.

senior in company are good people, but some are not cooperative at all. management can't understand how to work with employees.

Dislikes

salary is low, growth in salary is low, old employee give there work to you. if you are working in services sector and thinking to change in manufacturing company ,don't do that. the work in manufacturing is more difficult you don't like work atmosphere. its better to work in MNC company at least the working is proper.

It is a technical job in which a lot can be learned 8 be hour working time & good bonus facility for employees lunch is provided by the company for all the employees behavi or of all staff is good .

Only one dislike point is a salary not enough for the kind of work no other dislike point
