Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Good work environment and good management. All staff are co-operative. No political culture. Transparency is more in work. Healthy atmosphere. In covid 19 , we had taken some imp steps like hot water social distance and mask. Every morning we are doing sanitizie our desk and start our day. We are trying to maintain health as well as mental balance also. It's homely atmosphere. No policies are obtained by company.
