Good work environment and good management. All staff are co-operative. No political culture. Transparency is more in work. Healthy atmosphere. In covid 19 , we had taken some imp steps like hot water social distance and mask. Every morning we are doing sanitizie our desk and start our day. We are trying to maintain health as well as mental balance also. It's homely atmosphere. No policies are obtained by company....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
