Me and my colleagues We never used to work according to time but due to change in company management they fixed the time to come to duty but not fixed the time to go home.

I am having a great experience as a designer in this tool room. When we actually design a die for a new product and get it validate from the front client we feel satisfied. As a learner you have lot to learn with the supportive staff and skilled workers. Also you get overall knowledge of machining , material selection, assembly,etc.

...o much. But as a responsible employee you have to sustain and get the work done. Salary as per the designation and the actual work done is less.

During my working time, i was going through below points & like to working with shree ganesh family . 1) Fun. 2) Challenging. 3) Friendly. 4) Engaging. 5) Rewarding. 6) Collaborative. 7) Flexible. 8) Supportive. One of the best things that I liked the most about my previous job is that I was challenged in my work projects .
