I am having a great experience as a designer in this tool room. When we actually design a die for a new product and get it validate from the front client we feel satisfied. As a learner you have lot to learn with the supportive staff and skilled workers. Also you get overall knowledge of machining , material selection, assembly,etc.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike. Sometimes the working hours are stretched too much. But as a responsible employee you have to sustain and get the work done. Salary as per the designation and the actual work done is less.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
