There is no fixed time of Salary, Salaries are due for almost 4 months and its a common scenario here, No Bonus is provided, No facilities and benefits are available, Fixed Punching time, No excuses are allowed. No Public holidays.

If you work very hard and can get booking then you have a bright future in terms of salary. To much negative politics. Those who are in company since 1 year will not let you grow despite you give very good performance. I have done highest booking in just 3 months among the team of 30. I don't get increment which was promised me in my offer latter

Management don't acknowledge performance. Don't keep their commitment

It's not a company for the Engineer's. It's a company of Foreman. As a civil engineer you have no importance there. All that matters is your signature. Without that, no one will listen to you, your words are worthless.

So many task assigned at a single time but if you perform well in said situation you will definitely get rewarded
