...ased bias is there in respect to promotion , Appraisal , Motivational , mentor . The salary structure is good but no work- life balance . Bold minded staff are getting either scolded or termination on raising true story. Overall Co. is good but peoples are not so value proposition and also community based culture

Totally no career growth scope in non- technical related job and lots of community based bias .

... this board members and M3B and above grades shall take a hefty amount as PLR B. Your salary can be reduced as well if your ratings are low, for which you shall not be consulted at any time. Committed payments in CTC offer shall not be paid and after spending 4 years you shall find that RP has been reduced and hence your CTC is also reduced. You are asked to work on 2nd October as well . Also there is no provision of any comp off. SSC is a blackhole where nothing comes back. Your claims remain pending beyond SLA and all they can tell is to connect with HR, who absolutely has no idea about these claims. There are no processess or systems in place and hence everything is on whims and fancies of seniors. Work culture is toxic where instead of collaborating you are asked to complete with other teams in your department. For New comers philospohy is that L&T is an ocean, instead of handholding them, you through them in water and they shall learn to swim on their own.If you love living in Babu culture and pleasing your boss and want to retire from one company only with job security then join them.

On time salary payment is the only positive thing

Very hierarchical company and even after due for promotion, no promotion will be given to you. Very less annual increment whereas board members gets all increments on time.

There is no much dislik about company. But I face some struggle at beginning of my work because of no formal traning was there. And appraisal could have been more transparent.

If you don't want to learn anything new, you are not comfortable with latest technology and still like to work with paper and pen. Then this is the best organization for you.

No flexi timing - half day salary cut at 9:01 AM (punch in) Huge Power Distance No work from home (Even during pandemic - many people lost their life due to this) Work - something a 12th pass can do. No meaningful work Staggered Salary - If your CTC is 17 LPA. Your take home will be 75k PM Toxic Work culture - lots of politics and no focus on work CEO promotes giving pressure on employees and make people work on Saturday
