Their salary credited on last day of month. No work pressure at all in comparison to other companies.

Toxic work culture. Gender biased management No HR representative is appointed to the office, he/she visit to office once in two or three years. No promotion to hard working employees, only favourite people of managers are getting promotion even they don't have required skills for the position. Shiksha initiative is worst work culture.

the promotions are poor, salary increments are not given well company heads are lacking direction and vision. The work is not up to the mark. They do not give any training and follow old ways of working. no scope of employee growth.

Probation period of 12 months, the company can terminate an employee without reason or compensation during this time. On the other hand, an employee resigning even within a month of joining requires a notice period of 3 months. 1.5 leaves per month without any separate provision for sick or casual leaves. No birthday leave is an additional drawback. No comp offs for working weekends. Zero work-life balance. The company pays lip service to Diversity and Inclusion as it dismisses concerns around work-life balance and fails to provide induction/ training around POSH act or similar policies that protect employees and promote diversity (neuro inclusion, health equity, culture transformation, etc.)
