...h of notice period even if it is written that notice period will be of 2 months. Management says that you will get the bonus after an year but they will not give you any thing like that. Appraisal is not a part of this company , they just give hope as a appraisal. Fastner division is the worst division of this company.

Salary paid on time 99%, Diwali bonus basically it's ur money 8℅ vary
*Conditions apply: might get credit on diwali morning 🫡
Won't provide CTC structure just to earn few % from employee bonus
Shop floor working culture is fine, but depends on surrounding pressure
Cash flow is there, but need to be channelize, reviewed & revised for deserved ones or lower lvl,
Need to develop team culture to grow as organization as a team
No work recognition, salary won't give justice to work done. At least performance evaluation need to be done
Work pressure isn't problem its challenge but mental u can't afford it much
MOBILE phone NOT allowed, no facility to submit it at gate. If found heavy fine will be imposed, while going home even at night u need to travel like a GOON/ (bhagwaan bharose)
No point to continue job even after hike becz no growth in career as well in terms of work as you'll never get promoted (not so called junior to senior promotion)
Salary difference is huge, bread & butter is for higher authorities/ managerial position, irrespective of work done.
Referred or Undeserving candidate gets upper hand on Salary, appraisal credit & incentives specifically at managerial position.
HR department personnel should know how to respond & treat as an employee
Some things need to be sorted & resolved internally like seriously alongwith DIRECTOR too
All rules & restrictions r to be imparted only on Shop floor[ (Bandhuaa Majdur)Engineer] & contract employee not applicable to General shift employees

I liked traveled facility given by company ,
The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.
Dislikes
Compensation is decent, but not agrowth . Atmosphere are also bad. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths,one more important things there in no different between helper and engineer.
...ded to any one to joined, they are ready to more payments but not for long time. Management always considered that Safety profession does not work anything and hold increments as well as salary or deducted for a days.
