It's not a 5 s company, no work saticfication , it's a uneducated peoples work, no growth , no salary delopment, they need only despatch doesn't care about quality.. unsupported quality in Shardlow.

Shardlow is pioneer company of manufacturing forged components and now is up to finished components.Since it had lot of ups and down, it could not come to an extraordinary level.But it has got enough space and locate on the main road. It has an excellent opportunity to flourish.Person who has got high skill and dedication can join
