...onment. In the beginning of the pandemic I got full support from the management. But from July salary deduction has started. Related to company policy, leaving the school is a task for an employee. As an employee we have to sign contract in which its return that if any employee wants to discontinue after signing the contract, we have to pay 4 months basic salary.

I love working at Sharanya Narayani International School because of the incredible support it provides to teachers. The HR team and management are highly supportive, open to suggestions,s and genuinely appreciative of employees' efforts. The school's beautiful campus, boarding facilities, and top-notch amenities enhance the overall experience. Collaborative teamwork, a student-centered learning approach make SNIS a truly rewarding place to work.

Dislikes

Constant stream of emails and messages during the weekends makes it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Sometimes the work is even continued during the long breaks. The activities or the calendar schedule can sometimes be overwhelming.

Its not easy to put up all my thoughts and likings for Sharanya Narayani International School. I have completed my 8 successful years here at SNIS. Its a blessing for myself and my daughter who is studying in the same school since 8 years. SNIS is like my second family. Our HR and Admin Head is very much supportive, warm and welcoming for all the staff. Our efforts are always noticed and appreciated which keeps us going. We have staff from all around the Globe but at SNIS they feel at home. I am always thankful for the management for giving us all a wonderful opportunity. Its a continuous learning experience here at SNIS and keeps us occupied as we have so many activities which go on all through the year. We are respected and valued here which makes us feel satisfied working here cause without our seniors support its tough to work. Overall it is a good place to work.

It is disappointing to see the teachers leaving in the middle of academic year without thinking about their students and the school reputation.

Overall, my time as a facilitator at SNIS has been excellent. The school encourages a cooperative atmosphere that supports both educators and learners. The leadership team of the school is friendly and dedicated to fostering an environment that empowers both staff and students. It is a school that genuinely values education, student success, and the well being of its staff. I am excited to keep adding to its encouraging atmosphere and collaborating with my colleagues to give our students the greatest possible education.
